I am interested in making this dress but it looks like the largest size will still be a bit small for me. How could I increase the size to accommodate my measurements? Thank you.
20.07.2023 - 15:38DROPS Design answered:
Dear Ellie, you can adapt the pattern to your desired measurements using the gauge of your work. For example, if you have the indicated gauge 20tr = 10 cm, you will need to adjust these number of tr for your measurement by using a rule of 3 (if we have 20 tr in 10cm how many tr will we need for a chest size of X cm). You can see an example for knitting gauge here: https://www.garnstudio.com/lesson.php?id=25&cid=19. After making this calculation, you will have to make some modifications to the pattern to fit your measurements (for example, at which cm to start working the armholes or the neck). Happy crocheting!

Hi Bella, yes, it is with the straps. Happy knitting!
