In this DROPS video we show how to make an invisible bind off when using double knitting.

To match the invisible cast on you will have to make a kitchener stitching at the end of your work. Separate the stitches in the front and back onto two separate needles.
Cut yarn and make one tail long enough for stitching, i.e about 3 times the width of your work. Put the long strand on the darning needle and the other strand will be weaved in later.

We have a separate Drops Video for Kitchener Stitch, but this is how you do it:

Stick darning needle purl wise into 1st st on 1st needle and pull through without dropping st off needle.
Stick darning needle knit wise into 1st st on 2nd needle and pull through without dropping st off needle.
* Stick darning needle knit wise into 1st st on 1st needle and drop off needle, stick darning needle purl wise into 2nd st on 1st needle and pull through without dropping st off needle.
Stick darning needle purl wise into 1st st on 2nd needle and drop off needle, stick darning needle knit wise into 2nd st on 2nd needle and pull through without dropping st off needle*.
Repeat *-* across

Hola Adela, por falta de tiempo o podemos hacer selecciones de este tipo para nuestras lectoras ya que tenemos por prioridad la aclaración de dudas que pueda haber con respecto a los patrones colgados en la página web. Para prácticar esta técnica de costura invisible recomiendo hacer 2 muestras de pt jersey sin rematar y practicar esta costura invisible que en algunos patrones la encontrarás con el nombre "grafting".

In this DROPS video we show how to knit a pattern in double knitting. In double knitting every other stitch belongs to the front and every other to the back. In this video we have a red and a green side, i.e stitches are red and green alternating and you should look at them as pairs. In our example we work a very basic pattern, where you work the stitches in opposite colors. So when we come to the 1st stitch marked in chart, that means next 2 stitches should be switching colors. We therefore work the first stitch red instead of green on the green side, and the following stitch we work green instead of red. The starting slipknot will be dropped after a couple rows and is not to be included in the number of stitches to be cast on. In this DROPS video we show how to do a two colour bind off in double knitting. To best match the two color cast on, you want to work a bind off like this on your finished double knitted project. Holding the 2 strands together, knit first 2 sts together, *k2tog through the back loops, then slip the 2nd st on right needle over 1st. In this DROPS video we show you how to join 2 pieces together (A and B), then cast off with an I-cord. Place all the stitches from A and B on the same needle, so that every second stitch on the needle belongs to A and B. We cast off with I-cord as follows: - Cast on 3 stitches onto the right needle. Slip the 3 stitches from the right needle onto the left needle with the working strand now situated 3 stitches in on the left needle. - ROW 1 (= right side): Knit 2, knit 3 twisted together (i.e., 1 stitch from the front piece and 1 stitch from the back piece is decreased). Slip 3 stitches from the right needle back onto the left needle. Do not turn (working like this tightens the working strand so the piece forms a small tube). - Repeat ROW 1 until there are 3 stitches left. Cast off and fasten all strands.
