How to crochet a puff stitch with 9 loops

In this DROPS video we show how to crochet a puff stitch with 9 loops. We have already worked 2 puff stitches with 5 treble crochets between and show how do work a puff stitch twice.

Work like this:
* Make 1 yarn over, insert hook in treble crochet from last row, get the yarn and pull yarn through and make it 2 cm long *, repeat from *-* 4 times in total = 9 loops on hook, make a yarn over and pull yarn through all 9 loops.

DROPS Design :

Bonjour Mme Theveny, la maille en l'air après le point soufflé crée effectivement une augmentation comme l'indique le diagramme A.1 de ce modèle; au tour suivant, vous crochetez 1 bride dans le point soufflé et 2 brides 1 bride (selon le rang) autour de la maille en l'air juste après le point soufflé. Bon crochet!

There are several ways to crochet puff stitches, in this DROPS video we show how to crochet a row of puff stitches without chain stitch on the "top" of the puff stitch and with 3 double crochets between each puff. Crochet 1 treble crochet in each of the stitch all the row out. Repeat these 2 rows in the height. We use the yarn DROPS Snow in the video.

Repeat round 2 to the desired length. We use the yarn DROPS Snow in the video. The little doll's hat is crocheted with DROPS Merino Extra Fine, started with 32 chain stitches on hook 3,5 mm (Circumference: 22 cm) and in the last three rounds the puff hearts are crocheted less (repeat only 3 times from *-*). The pom pom is made in DROPS Kid-Silk.
