How to begin a row with a yarn over

Tags: edge, lace, shawls,

In this DROPS video we show how to begin a row with yarn over, this technique is used in the Daydreamer shawl in DROPS 195-17.

We have already cast on 13 stitches and knited 1 row from wrong side.
Then we show:
ROW 1 (= right side): Make 1 yarn over, knit 1, 1 yarn over and knit the rest of stitches (= 2 stitches increased).
ROW 2 (= wrong side): Make 1 yarn over, knit 1, 1 yarn over and knit the rest of stitches (= 2 stitches increased).

Work ROWS 1-2 3 more times (4 times in total) = 29 stitches on needle.
This shawl is worked in DROPS Lace, but in the video we work with a thicker yarn; DROPS Eskimo.
