In this DROPS video we show how to work a nice and easy bubble. We have already cast on 14 + 2 stitches, knitted 1 row and start the video like this:

1 ROW (RS): Knit 1 edge stitch, * 1 yarn over, knit 2 twisted together, 1 yarn over, do not slip the stitches off the left needle, but knit 1 more time in the same stitch = 4 stitches on the needle (+ edge stitch), slip the stitches of left needle *, repeat * - * entire row and finish with knit 1 edge stitch = 28 stitches / yarn over + 2 edge stitches on needle, turn.
2 ROW (WS): Knit 1 edge stitch, purl 2 and 2 stitches together and finish with knit 1 edge stitch.

Repeat row 1 and 2 to the desired length.
We use the yarn DROPS Snow in the video.

In this DROPS video we show how to work a bobble over 7 stitches. This bobble is worked after chart A.2 in the Rise Up jumper in DROPS 205-50, but same bobble or a similar bobble is also used in other patterns. Bobble: Work like this in the same stitch: * Knit 1, 1 yarn over*, work from *-* 3 times in total, knit 1 in same stitch (= 7 stitches in bobble). Work 4 rows in stocking stitch back and forth over these 7 stitches (work first row from wrong side). After last row pass 6th stitch over 7th stitch, 5th stitch over 7th stitch, 4th stitch over 7th stitch etc. until 1 stitch remains. We use the yarn DROPS Snow in the video. In this DROPS video we show how to knit the knot (the 6th diagram symbol), in the diagram A.2 in the Gentle Waves Top in DROPS 190-14. We have already knitted 12 rows of the diagram and start the video with showing the 4th knot on row 13. This knot/diagram explanation is also used in other patterns. Diagram explanation: = knit a knot like this: Knit 1, purl 1, knit 1, purl 1, knit 1 in same stitch, pass the 2nd slipped stitch over the outermost stitch on right needle, pass next stitch over the outermost stitch on needle, and continue like this until 4 stitches in total have been passed over the outermost stitch. This top is knitted in DROPS Belle, but in the video we work with a thicker yarn; DROPS Snow. You must read the pattern and look at the diagram to be able to follow this video properly.
