How to knit the flowerpattern - Daisy

In this DROPS video we show how to knit the flower pattern - Daisy.
Cast on a number of stitches divided by 4 +1 (+optionally edge stitches).
In the video we have already cast on 16 + 1 stitches and we start with row 1. First we show row 1 to 4 with green color, then we show row 1-2 in amethyst and row 3 -4 in green and in the end we show 6 reports of row 1 to 4.

Row 1: (RS), knit all stitches.
Row 2: (WS), knit 1 stitch, * put the thread in front of work, purl 3 stitches together, but do not take the stitches off the left needle, yarn over the right needle, put the right needle through the same 3 stitches, get the thread and pull it through the 3 stitches, take the stitches off the left needle, knit 1 stitch *, repeat from *-* the entire row.
Row 3: (change color if desired): Knit all stitches.
Row 4: knit 1 stitch, purl 1 stitch,* knit 1 stitch, put the thread in front of work, purl 3 stitches together, but do not take the stitches off the left needle, yarn over the right needle, put the right needle through the same 3 stitches, get the thread and pull it through the 3 stitches, take the stitches off the left needle, knit 1 stitch *, repeat from *-* the entire row and finish with knit 1, purl 1 and knit 1.

In the video we use DROPS Snow and the little patch in white and pink is knitted in DROPS Safran.

In this DROPS video we show how to work 2 I-cord edge stitches in each side, and at the same time increase in one of the sides. The same 2 edge stitches can be used in garments without increases. For example edges to a jacket. EDGE STITCHES: At the beginning of each row work 2 edge stitches as follows: Slip 1 stitch purl-wise with the strand in front, knit 1. At the end of each row work 2 edge stitches as follows: Work until there are 2 stitches left on the row, slip 1 stitch purl-wise with the strand in front, knit 1. In this DROPS video we show how to work a rib with knit 1, purl 1 on circular needle. Working a rib gives an elastic piece that is great for cuffs and edges. Cast on a number of stitches that is divisible by 2, then put the circular needle “together” and start with knit 1 (the first stitch that was cast on), purl 1, knit 1, purl 1, etc. the entire round (you can also start with purl 1, knit 1, etc.).
