How to knit a bamboo pattern

In this DROPS video we show how you can knit a bamboo pattern.

You knit as follows:
RS row: *yo, K2, slip yo over 2K*, repeat *-*.
WS row: purl all sts
If working in the round you work every other row in bamboo sts and knit every other row.

You must read the pattern to be able to follow. You’ll find patterns where this technique is used by clicking on the pictures below.

Ladyava: you should install java and adobe flash player 11 on your system! I had the same problem as you have! and then you have to wait for a while to loud it!
