In this DROPS video we show you how to work a textured edge on the right side of the piece. We have already worked a section of stocking stitch in the round and begin the video by showing you how to pick up stitches from the wrong side as follows:

Find the stitch which lies 2 rounds below the next stitch on the needle, pick up this stitch in the top loop (from the wrong side) and place it on the left needle. Knit together the stitch loop and the first stitch. Repeat to the end of the round. Then continue as described in the pattern, for example with rib or stocking stitch.

In this DROPS video we show how we work a simple texture pattern, also called the "Pebble" stitch. Cast on a number of stitches divisible by 2, we have cast on 16 stitches + 1 edge stitch in each side (knit on each row) = 18 stitches. 1. ROW (right side): Knit all stitches. 2. ROW (wrong side): Knit 1 edge stitch, purl all stitches, but knit the last stitch (edge stitch). 3. ROW: Knit 1 edge stitch, knit 2 and 2 together all row, knit 1 edge stitch. 4. ROW: Knit 1 edge stitch, * knit 1, knit the string between the needles, repeat * - * entire row, knit 1 edge stitch. Repeat row 1 - 4 to desired length. We use the yarn DROPS Snow in the video

We have already work 12 rows and show how to work row 13 to row 20. Remember to read the explanation about mosaic pattern in the pattern. In this DROPS video we show how to knit the flower pattern - Daisy. Cast on a number of stitches divided by 4 +1 (+optionally edge stitches). In the video we have already cast on 16 + 1 stitches and we start with row 1. First we show row 1 to 4 with green color, then we show row 1-2 in amethyst and row 3 -4 in green and in the end we show 6 reports of row 1 to 4. Row 1: (RS), knit all stitches. Row 2: (WS), knit 1 stitch, * put the thread in front of work, purl 3 stitches together, but do not take the stitches off the left needle, yarn over the right needle, put the right needle through the same 3 stitches, get the thread and pull it through the 3 stitches, take the stitches off the left needle, knit 1 stitch *, repeat from *-* the entire row. Row 3: (change color if desired): Knit all stitches. Row 4: knit 1 stitch, purl 1 stitch,* knit 1 stitch, put the thread in front of work, purl 3 stitches together, but do not take the stitches off the left needle, yarn over the right needle, put the right needle through the same 3 stitches, get the thread and pull it through the 3 stitches, take the stitches off the left needle, knit 1 stitch *, repeat from *-* the entire row and finish with knit 1, purl 1 and knit 1. In the video we use DROPS Snow and the little patch in white and pink is knitted in DROPS Safran.
