How to crochet a basket weave pattern

In this DROPS video we show how to crochet a basket weave pattern.
In the video we start with a chain row of 26 sts, turn and work 1 tr in 4th chain from hook, and then 1 tr in each ch = 24 tr (dividable by 4).
2nd row: ch 1, crochet *1 tr in front post around each of the next 4 tr, 1 tr in back post around each of the next 4 tr *, repeat *-*.
3rd row: ch 1, work *4 tr in front post, 4 tr in back post*, repeat *-*.
4th row: ch 1, work * 1 tr in back post around each of the next 4 tr, 1 tr in front post around each of the next 4 tr *, repeat *-*.
5th row: ch 1, work *4 tr in back post, 4 tr in front post*, repeat *-*.
Repeat row 2-5 for basket weave pattern.
We use the yarn DROPS Snow in the video. You must read the pattern to be able to follow this video properly. You’ll find the pattern by clicking on the picture below.

Bonjour Adeline, la corbeille se crochète en rond, mais vous pouvez la crocheter en rangs (tournez à la fin de chaque rang pour crocheter alternativement sur l'endroit et sur l'envers) afin de pouvoir réaliser le point comme dans la vidéo. Bon crochet! 05.01.2021 - 13:07
