GARTER ST (back and forth on needle): K all rows.

INCREASE TIP: Inc inside 1 st in each side by making 1 YO.

Loosely cast on 3 sts on needle size 15 mm with Puddel. Work in garter st while at the same time inc on every other row - read INCREASE TIP. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! Inc until there are 95 sts on needle = width at top approx. 160 cm. Loosely cast off.

Cut 1 thread of 35 cm in Eskimo, fold it double and pull loop through outermost st at the bottom tip, pull thread ends through loop. Then fasten 1 fringe between every ridge (2 rows in garter st) on the diagonal sides of the shawl.
