Materials: DROPS Symphony from Garnstudio
150 g colour no 09, light purple

DROPS pointed needles size 7 mm – or size needed to get 12 sts x 20 rows in moss st with 2 threads = 10 x10 cm.

Pattern instructions

NOTE: This pattern is written in British English. All measurements in charts are in cm. For conversion from cm to inches - click here. Moss st:
Row 1: * K1, P1 *, repeat from *-*.
Row 2: P over K and K over P.
Repeat row 2.

SCARF
Worked back and forth on needle. Cast on18 sts on needle size 7mm with 2 threads. Work moss st – see above. Remember the knitting tension! When piece measures 12 cm divide the piece in 2 and continue as follows to create hole: Work moss st back and forth on 9 sts until piece measures 19 cm. Slip sts on stitch holder and now work moss on the remaining 9 sts until the 2 pieces are the same length (hole measures approx 7 cm). On next row work moss st on all 18 sts. Continue in moss st until piece measures 80 cm. Cast off.
