Working with two strands of DROPS Belle creates a wonderfully sturdy combination, perfect for summer projects with both structure and softness. Here’s a lovely example combining DROPS Belle 03, light beige and 32, peppermint.
Our knitted sample has a knitting tension of about 15 stitches = 10 cm using 5.5 mm needles, which is a perfect fit for patterns in knitting tension group 15 - 14 stitches.
Remember however that knitting/crochet tension varies from person to person and that the suggested needle/hook size is only a guide. You can adjust the size to get a different tension - or match the tension recommended in the pattern you are working with. Just make a swatch!
