How to crochet a single crochet (sc) US / double crochet (dc) UK

In this DROPS video we show you how to crochet a double crochet (dc in UK term) or a single crochet (sc in US term).

In the first row, we show how to work the dc in a ch-stitch. On the second row we work in both loops. The dc is usually worked under both loops from a previous row, but you can also work in the front or back loop only, which will give a stripy/textured look.
Work a dc as follows: Insert the hook in stitch. Wind the yarn around the hook and pull it through, leaving two loops on your hook. Wind the yarn around the hook again and pull it through both loops.

Hei. Video viser hvordan men hekler fastmasker (fm), først i luftmasker deretter i fm - 1 maske i 1 maske. Når det hekles 1 fm i 1 fm hekles det i begge maskebuene, men video viser også hvordan du kan hekle slik at du får et lite mønster. Det gjøres ved å hekle enten i den fremste maskebuen eller den bakserste maskebuen. I videoen hekles det frem og tilbake. Når du skal hekle rundt og du starter med en magisk sirkel, har du et antall fm rundt den magiske sirkelen, så når du skal hekle 2. omgang skal du hekle 2 fm i hver maske. Du øker da maskeantallet. Hei Per-Ole. Om du ser på tidspunktet 0:34 i videoen vil du se i hvilken maske du putter heklenålen i = i 2. maske fra nålen (ikke tell løkken som ligger rundt nålen). Se på videoene under HEKLE og Kom i gang. Lær deg / se på video: Hvordan starte å hekle, Hvordan hekle en luftmaske (lm) og Hvordan hekle en fastmaske (fm), og så ser du på f.eks oppskrift DROPS Extra nr. 0-1300 og prøv å hekle den grytekluten.
