Hvordan læser man måleskitsen!

Måleskitsen finder du nederst under hver opskrift. Den indeholder målene på de størrelser vi præsenterer i opskriften. Hvis du følger opskriften og overholder strikke-/hæklefastheden får dit tøj samme mål som i skitsen.

Hvis du har svært ved at bestemme dig for hvilken størrelse du skal strikke, så kan det være en god ide at måle en trøje du synes godt om. Vælg da den størrelse i måleskitsen som modsvarer de mål du vil have.

Hvis din trøje skal have en længe på 60 cm, en brystvidde på 96 cm og en omkreds nederst på 108 cm, så modsvarer det str L her i måleskitsen.

Omkredsen nederst = 54 cm x 2 = 108 cm hele vejen rundt!

Brystvidden = 48 cm x 2 = 96 cm i omkreds over brystet!

Pattern Drops 210-36 if my bust size is 35.5 inches should I knit M or L size in order for it to look like the picture fitting not quite sure how to read the pattern?

Dear Dina, measure a similar garment you have and like the shape and compare them to the measurements in the chart, this is the best way to find out your size. Measurements in the chart are in cm, convert into inches here. Happy knitting!

Hei Sanne. Hva får du på din strikkeprøve når du bruker pinne 8? Husk at strikkefastheten er oppgitt i glattstrikk og når du f.eks strikker forstykket etter vrangborden (66 masker = 66 cm, mens målskissen sier 53 cm), så trekker flettene arbeidet godt sammen i bredden). Husk at oppgitt pinde nr kun er vejledende. Den oppgitte strikkefastheden er 11 masker i bredden og 15 pinde i højden med glatstrik = 10 x 10 cm . Får du for mange masker på 10 cm, skift til tykkere pinde. Får du for få masker på 10 cm, skift til tyndere pinde. mvh DROPS Design

Dear Nancy, as you can see, in the first row of both A.1 and A.2 you will increase 1 stitch. Since you are repeating both charts on the row, you will increase 1 stitch (a yarn over, represented by a white oval shape) for each repeat of A.1 and A.2 that you have. Starting from 94 stitches and removing the 4 stitches in garter stitch on each side you will have 86 stitches. Each A.1 and A.2 repeats are 2-stitch repeats. So you will increase 1 stitch for every 2 stitches of 86. That is, you will increase 43 stitches. 94+43 stitches = 137 stitches. Happy knitting!

Liebe Frau Schuch, stricken Sie die Diagramme A.1, A.2 und A.3 mit 3 Maschen glatt rechts beidseitig genauso wie zuvor, dann stricken Sie: 3 M glatt rechts (wie zuvor), die 6 Maschen in A.4 wiederholen Sie bis 6 Maschen übrig sind (das Muster wird die vorrigen Diagramme forsetzen), dann stricken Sie die 3 ersten Maschen A.4 = 3 Maschen links und enden Sie mit 3 Maschen glatt rechts. Viel Spaß beim stricken!

Bonjour Danielle, déterminez l'aisance que vous souhaitez en vous basant sur un modèle similaire que vous avez et dont vous aimez la forme, comparez ces mesures à celles du schéma et adaptez soit au plus serré pour un modèle plus près du corps soit au plus large pour un modèle plus large. Hei Karin. Da du byttet til rundpinne 5,5 startet du også å strikke A.4, A.5 og A.6 (istedenfor A.1, A.2 og A.3). Så når du har strikket A.4, A.5 og A.6 1 gang i høyden , er det disse diagrammene (A.4, A.5 og A.6) som skal repeteres i høyden, de andre resterende maskene strikkes som før (riller, glattstrikk, rett over rett, vrang over vrang). mvh DROPS Design

Dear Irene, you seem to have forgotten to count the A.2 stitches. 7 band stitches in garter stitch, A.1 over the next 18 stitches, A.2 (= 7 stitches), A.3 over the next 9 stitches, A.2 (= 7 stitches), A.3 over the next 37 stitches, A.2 (= 7 stitches), A.3 over the next 9 stitches, A.2 (= 7 stitches), A.3 over the next 18 stitches, and finish with 7 band stitches in garter stitch. 7+18+7+9+7+37+7+9+7+18+7 = 133 stitches. Witaj Aniu, układamy rękaw na płasko tak, aby był zgięty wzdłuż linii dodawania/zamykania oczek (środek pod rękawem, ten bok jest dłuższy niż z przeciwnej strony) i mierzymy na środku. Pamiętaj, że zawsze możesz przymierzyć rękaw i dopasować go do swoich potrzeb. Pozdrawiamy!

Dear Mrs Price, you have to insert markers (see video) and marker threads (see this other video) to mark specific places on the piece where you will decrease, this means you will either decrease at the markers or at the marker threads as explained afterwards. Then the different numbers of P stitches depend on the size, in this example you will purl 14 sts in the first size and 16 sts in all remaining sizes. Happy knitting!
