Replace Puddel with Brushed Alpaca Silk & Alpaca Bouclé
It`s easy to substitute yarn!
Here is a sample that shows how it looks when you substitute 1 strand of DROPS Puddel with 1 strand of DROPS Alpaca Bouclé together with 1 strand of DROPS Brushed Alpaca Silk.
How does the beard attach to the person?
It is to be for an eight year old boy who may be wearing a knight's helmet.

Dear Kitty,
if you are talking about the "Mr Kringle" pattern, nº 0-875, the beard is supossed to be attached to the hairy edge of the hat, to make a joint piece. However, if you are not making the hat you can pass an elastic band throught the upper edge of the beard to adjust it to the face. Happy knitting!

Ja, du kan fint bruke 1 tråd DROPS Alpaca Boucle og 1 tråd DROPS Brushed Alpaca Silk (= 2 tråder) eller 2 tråder DROPS Alpaca Boucle i oppskrifter der det er brukt 1 tråd DROPS Puddel. mvh DROPS Design

DROPS Puddel is inderdaad al een tijd uit ons assortiment en dus niet meer leverbaar. Vandaar deze uitleg over hoe je DROPS Puddel kunt vervangen door 2 andere garens uit ons assortiment te combineren, waardoor je een vergelijkbaar effect krijgt.
