Buon lavoro!

I am doing Drops 62-20. After binding off centre stitches for neck. The next instruction is bind off at each neck edge every other row 2 sts 1 time. Do I just bind off 2 sts on one neck edge once and do not on the next row bind any off?
22.11.2020 - 13:57DROPS Design answered:
Dear Carrie, after you have bound off the middle stitches for neck you will continue each shoulder separately, binding off at the beginning of row from RS (right front piece) / from WS (left front piece) from neck towards shoulder. Hope this will help, happy knitting!

Regarding Junior by Drops Design I have made the fourth and final button hole and reached 17 cm now you have lost me. It Not at all clear after starting main V with 5 stitches plained twice each Then.....?
09.09.2020 - 12:57DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Mccullaghs, I hope I don't misunderstand your question - in size 12/18 months, you make the last buttonhole when piece measures 17 cm, then when piece measures 18 cm, you will work 2 short rows over the 6 band sts on each side and then start to decrease for neck, this means last buttonhole is worked before decreases for V-neck. But when piece measures 19 cm, you divide work for armholes and finish each piece separately. Happy knitting!

I’m making winter sunshine pattern no 180/15. What does “work pattern” mean in row 3? Work A1 followed by A2 then A3? And as I’ve already been working A1 and A2 do I start at the bottom row again? And where does A4 come in? Many thanks...
02.06.2020 - 20:09DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Peters, it means to work the 3rd row in the diagrams as you worked the first one (A.1, A.2...) you will only increase in A.2 as shown in the diagram - read more about diagrams here. Happy crocheting!

Sorry. 2nd question re Aberdeen pattern ai-008. Neck decrease and raglan decrease isn’t clear enough. All of instructions are not complete enough. Ie. how many stitches should be left after decreases. Do keep decreasing for neck and 2 decreases before and after A1. Not clear enough and the elevation for neck isn’t complete. Ie what do you do with the stitches left after you turn. Sorry but this the hardest pattern I have ever done. Love the sweater though. Thank you!

Making Aberdeen pattern and cannot figure out elevation for neck - whole section before shawl collar. Turning leaving 7 stitches then 10 etc. What happens to 7, 10, 13, final 16 are bound off. Sorry find this pattern very difficult to read in English
18.04.2020 - 03:03DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Hames, when you work the elevation, the last 7 sts are left unworked at the end of first short row, then the last 7 sts at the end of 2nd short row and so on, ie the unworked sts are slipped on a thread. here's an example of an elevation. Happy knitting!

I can’t understand the Front directions for Drops design Dreams of Heather- 123-3 it’s binding off for the arm hole while decreasing for the neck but also working each side of the V neck separately . Stitch counts aren’t coming out right and do I do all of the bind offs exactly like the back or just complete one seed stitch repeat ? Also where it says to “Bind off by working the center 2 stitches together does that mean knit 2 tog or bind them off? So confused.
02.03.2020 - 22:19DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Fischels, you cast off on each side for armholes just as you did for back piece, at the same time you need to shape neck: cast off the middle 2 stitches on a RS row and continue each side of front piece separately: slip one half of stitches (= one side) on a thread/st holder to continue the other side. You will then decrease towards neck on every row (both from RS and WS) and continue armhole cast off/dec until they are all done. You should have then 25 sts left. Cast off these sts and work the second side of front piece the same way: continue cast off/dec for armhole and dec towards neck. Happy knitting!

My pattern says to "increase 2 sts mid under sleeve". What does this mean?
11.02.2020 - 04:57DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Callaghan, if you work the sleeve in the round, increase 1 stitch at the end of the round + 1 stitch at the beg of next round = you have increased 2 stitches mid under sleeve. If you work the sleeve in rows, increase 1 stitch on each side, inside 1 edge stitch. Happy knitting!
