See video õpetab kahel erineval moel silmuste juurdeloomist töö küljele, st. kui kood näiteks hõlma ja varrukad ühestükis ja lood küljele uued silmused varruka jaoks.
Kõigepealt loome silmused ülesse lihtsate aasadega, mis on lihtsam viis. Nii tekib lõdva serv, mis pärast õmmeldakse kokku teise servaga, nagu näiteks varrukaõmblus.
Teine meetod on kootud ülesloomine, mis on sobivam, kui soovid kena tugevat serva.
