SC ROUNDS (applies to bag):
Beg every round with 1 ch and 1 sc in 1st sc, and finish with 1 sl st in 1st sc.

DC-GROUPS:
1 dc-group = 2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc in same ch-space. Beg every dc-group round with sl st until 1st ch-space, ch 3, 1 dc, ch 2, 2 dc in same ch-space, then 1 dc-group in every ch-space, finish with 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round.

SC IN A CIRCLE (applies to handle):
After last sc on 1st round, work 1 sc in next sc, then work in the round with 1 sc in every sc.
---------------------------------------------------------

BAG:
Worked in the round with 1 strand Lin linen and 1 strand Cotton Viscose light beige on hook size 5 mm / H/8 as follows:
ROUND 1: ch 2, 8 sc in 1st ch, finish with 1 sl st in 1st sc = 8 sc - Read SC ROUNDS above.
ROUND 2: Work 2 sc in every sc = 16 sc.
ROUND 3: Work * 1 sc in next sc, then 2 sc in next sc *, repeat from *-* = 24 sc (8 new sts).
ROUND 4: Work * 1 sc in each of the next 2 sc, then 2 sc in next sc *, repeat from *-* = 32 sc.
ROUND 5: Work * 1 sc in each of the next 3 sc, then 2 sc in next sc *, repeat from *-* = 40 sc.
ROUND 6: Work * 1 sc in each of the next 4 sc, then 2 sc in next sc *, repeat from *-* = 48 sc.
ROUND 7: Work * 1 sc in each of the next 5 sc, then 2 sc in next sc *, repeat from *-* = 56 sc.
ROUND 8: Work 1 sc in every sc = 56 sc.
Repeat 7TH and 8TH ROUND to inc 8 new sts every other round (i.e. work 1 sc in each of the next 6, 7, 8 etc. sc, then 2 sc in next sc) until there are 96 sc on round, work 1 round with 1 sc in every sc (= 18TH ROUND).
ROUND 19: Work * 1 sc in each of the next 7 sc, then 2 sc in next sc *, repeat from *-* = 108 sc (12 new sts).
ROUND 20: Work 1 sc in every sc = 108 sc.
Repeat 19TH and 20TH ROUND to inc 12 new sts every other round (i.e. work 1 sc in each of the next 8 and 9 sc, then 2 sc in next sc) until there are 132 sc on round.
Then work 1 sc in every sc until piece measures 9 cm / 3½'' from the last inc (piece measures approx. 22 cm / 8 3/4'' from 1st round).
Then work as follows: Work as follows in 1st sc: ch 3, 1 dc, ch 2, 2 dc, * skip 3 sc, 1 dc-group in next sc * - Read DC-GROUPS above, repeat from *-* the entire round, finish by skipping 3 sc and work 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round = 33 dc-groups. Work the round with dc-groups for approx. 23 cm / 9'' (piece measures approx. 45 cm / 17 3/4'' from 1st round).
Work next round as follows: ch 1, 3 sc in every ch-space the entire round, finish with 4 sc in last ch-space on round = 100 sc. Work 1 sc in every sc for 6 rounds. Work next round as follows: 10 sc, * ch 2, skip 2 sc, 26 sc, ch 2, skip 2 sc *, 20 sc, repeat from *-* 1 more time, finish with 10 sc = 4 openings for handle.
Continue with 1 sc in every sc (1 sc in every ch over the openings) for 6 more rounds, fasten off (piece measures approx. 6 cm / 2½" from 1st round with sc after last round with dc-groups).

HANDLE:

ASSEMBLY:
Pull the ends on the handle through the openings on the bag from WS, make a knot. Repeat in the other side.
