So instead of making new yarn that will work we got to buy double the yarn to use two balls at once thats just not great, why dont you make replacement yarn for discontinued yarn so we can still use the great patterns?

Hello, I'm a beginner knitter and I was wondering what it means to knit with 2 strands of baby Alpaca silk ?does it mean to litterally use 2 strands from 2balls of yarn A+A Or does it refer to the name of the yarn "2 strands of baby Alpaca silk " ? I love your winter hat patterns and some are made of 2 strands Baby Alpaca silk yarn. I've never knit using 2 balls of yarn together so not sure how it goes ?

DROPS Design 26.01.2018 - 08:47:

Dear Mrs Lombard, when you read a pattern worked with "2 strands BabyAlpaca Silk", it means that you work with 1 strand from 2 balls held together as just one. Happy knitting!
