Palmik kahe silmusega. Videol on näha esiteks palmikukeerd paremale ja siis vasakule, ilma abivarrast kasutamata.
Palmikukeerd paremale: koo teine silmus vasakul vardal, samal ajal kui esimene silmus on ka alles vasakul vardal. Siis koo esimene silmus ja tõsta mõlemad vasakult vardalt maha.
Palmikukeerd vasakule: koo teine silmus vasakul vardal läbi tagumise aasa, samal ajal kui esimene silmus on ka alles vasakul vardal. Siis koo esimene silmus tavalisel moel ja tõsta mõlemad vasakult vardalt maha.
