In this DROPS video we show how to increase while knitting short rows and stripes as on the jackets in DROPS 155-1 and DROPS 158-17.
Put the sts back on the right needle and at the same time knit the stripes and short rows. Note! There will come a slight transition (longer stitches) when you put the stitches back and knit them again. It is therefore important to tighten the thread every time you knit a new row and the transition will also be smaller after washing. In the video the transition is more visible because we knit with a thicker yarn than in the patterns.
