How to crochet A.1 in DROPS 162-19

In this DROPS video we show how to crochet chart A.1 for the Elly May shorts in DROPS 162-19. We have already crocheted some rounds so the pattern is clearly visible. Crochet 3 ch (replace 1th tr), 2 tr, A.1, * 5 tr, A.1*, repeat from *-* until 2 tr remain, 2 tr and finish round with 1 sl st in 3rd ch at beg of round.

These shorts are made in DROPS Safran, but in the video we crochet with a thicker yarn, DROPS Snow.

I'm making these shorts in a size s, and unfortunatly the pattern collides with the sidemarks where I'm supposed to make two masks in one on both sides of the mark. DROPS Design :

Dear Regitze, the markers on the sides are in the middle of the 5 sts (treble crochet, UK-English / double crochet, US-English), and you then increase as under INCREASE TIP-2: work until 1 stitch remain before the stitch with the marker, work 2 sts in the next stitch, work the middle stitch with the marker, work 2 sts in the next stitch and work the next stitch (= there are now 7 instead of 5 treble /double crochets after 1st increase. Repeat on the other side - and work remaining stitches as before. Hope it can help. Happy crocheting!

Dear Jennifer. Nothing wrong with the videos. Since the videocips themselves are the same for each as there is no sound. I order to follow the turoeial, you have to read the description of the video carefully, and then watch it. You should also read through the pattern wich the tutoeial is connected to, thoroughly.
