Du kan erstatte DROPS Alaska med andre kvaliteter i garngruppe C. F.eks: DROPS Nepal, DROPS Big Merino eller DROPS Air. Men husk å overholde strikkefastheten som er oppgitt i oppskriften, garnmengden kan du regne ut på vår garnkalkulator. Dear Mrs Montgomery, to work these slippers work with 2 strands of yarn, ie with 1 strand from 2 balls (or with the strand from inside of ball together with the strand from outside of ball). To work with only 1 strand, use yarn group E (= Nepal = yarn group C, 2 strands Yarn group C = 1 strand yarn group E) read more here. Happy knitting!

I made my granddaughter a slouch hat out of Nepal (color 3112. I know it's back-ordered and I asked to be notified when it's in stock again. I now would like to make her wrist warmers to match (pattern #131-31). The crocheted part is supposed to be made with Puddel which looks to be discontinued. What yarn could I use instead? In reading the pattern, is it correct that I need 2 balls of the main glove (Nepal) and 1 each of the 2 colors for the crocheted part? Thank you. Connie
