Lisääminen 5 - langankierto
Videosta näet kaksi kertaa miten lisätään 1 silmukka langankierron avulla.
Videon puolivälissä olemme kääntäneet työtä ja näytämme miten langankierrot voidaan neuloa joko etu- tai takakautta, riippuen siitä halutaanko pientä vai isoa reikää. Kun langankierto neulotaan takakautta, silmukka kääntyy ja reiästä tulee hieman pienempi.

Wordt er bedoeld TUSSEN de 2 laatste steken (dus vlak voor de ribbelsteek) of VOOR de 2 laatste steken (dus een omslag, een steek en daarna de ribbelsteek)? 2) Gebeurt de meerdering voor het armsgat ook met een omslag?

In the winter heart pattern. On the chart it shows yarn overs at the end of the repeat and then at the start of the next row. I don't understand how this wouldn't make a massive hole at the beginning of the round...even if you knit it twisted.

Dear Mrs Hayley, this should work fine - just don't forget to place the increase exactly as shown in the diagram - and make sure the yarn overs are not too lose to avoid large holes. Happy knitting!

The pattern says that between the pattern rows I have to make a knit row,wich is fine,but if I make the knit row similarly as in your video,than it does not work, the holes go away. I think this happens because I use circular needles and I dont work on the purl side as you in the video.

Dear Susy, there are two increase types. The one after the rib, in the next round, you purl the yarn overs twisted. When working the yoke with holes, you knit the yarn overs normally, not twisted. That way the holes should be visible. Happy knitting!

Dear Sharon, these videos are used for knitters all over the world, changing the subtitles, since recording audios in all languages for every video would be very difficult. In order not to confuse knitters, we have decided to remove the audio, so that they don't hear them in a different language than it's written. Happy knitting!

I am working on Drops 20-15 jacket. Says to put market two stitches in and yo increase before and after. But that marker stays in stitc, right, so how do you keep track of that spot as you move to new rows? I've only placed marker between stitches before and increased on either side.

Dear Mrs Matheny, correct the marker should be inserted in the stitch (not between stitch) and should always in the same stitch, ie after 1st increase, it will be the 3rd stitch on needle, after 2nd increase the 4th stitch and so on, just move the marker forwards as you go - it's the dotted line on the front piece in the chart. Dear Mrs Bretag, in size M work as follows: *A.1 ('= 3 sts), A.2 (= 3 sts)*, repeat from *-* a total of 22 times (= 22 x 6 = 132 sts). Increase in each A.2 as shown in diagram: on first round you will increase 1 stitch in every A.2 for example (= there are 4 sts in each A.2 after the first row has been worked). A.1 should be always lined up - using markers between diagrams can help you to check number of sts in each diagram on each row. Happy knitting!

Liebe Bärbel, es gibt hier 2 verschiedene Umschläge: das 3. Symbol für das Lochmuster und das 4. Symbol für die Zunahmen, die "schwarzen" Umschläge werden verschänkt gestrickt - und die "weissen" werden "normal" gestrickt. Viel Spaß beim stricken!

Neulomisen aloittaminen työn keskeltä
Useissa suosituissa ohjeissamme (esim. 146-2, 148-1, 126-1 ja 150-11) neulominen aloitetaan työn keskeltä, pienellä määrällä silmukoita sukkapuikoilla. Tämä voi olla hieman hankalaa alussa, mutta neulominen helpottuu sitä mukaa, kun työhön lisätään silmukoita. Käytä silmukkamerkkejä merkitäksesi lisäyskohdat. Jatka lisäyksiä ja neulo ulospäin.
