Circunferência do peito = 48 cm x 2 = 96 cm a toda a volta do peito!

Liebe Frau Schuch, stricken Sie die Diagramme A.1, A.2 und A.3 mit 3 Maschen glatt rechts beidseitig genauso wie zuvor, dann stricken Sie: 3 M glatt rechts (wie zuvor), die 6 Maschen in A.4 wiederholen Sie bis 6 Maschen übrig sind (das Muster wird die vorrigen Diagramme forsetzen), dann stricken Sie die 3 ersten Maschen A.4 = 3 Maschen links und enden Sie mit 3 Maschen glatt rechts.

24.08.2023 - 09:57:

DROPS Design answered:

Hei Karin. Da du byttet til rundpinne 5,5 startet du også å strikke A.4, A.5 og A.6 (istedenfor A.1, A.2 og A.3). Så når du har strikket A.4, A.5 og A.6 1 gang i høyden , er det disse diagrammene (A.4, A.5 og A.6) som skal repeteres i høyden, de andre resterende maskene strikkes som før (riller, glattstrikk, rett over rett, vrang over vrang). mvh DROPS Design

Graag uw hulp.\r\nGroetjes,\r\nMarleen\

Dear Mrs Anderson, if your question applies to 230-2, please check the answer there - making sure you work the correct pattern for swatch. Happy knitting!

Question on Desert Mirage Cardigan: Neck Edge Cast on 133 st for S YOKE work as follows - 7 band stitches in garter stitch, A.1 over the next 18-18-20-20-22-22 stitches, A.2, A.3 over the next 9 stitches, A.2, A.3 over the next 37-37-41-41-45-45 stitches, A.2, A.3 over the next 9 stitches, A.2, A.3 over the next 18-18-20-20-22-22 stitches, and finish with 7 band stitches in garter stitch. This only adds up to 105 sts. Did I read it wrong? Help!

19.07.2023 - 04:14:

DROPS Design answered:

Dear Irene, you seem to have forgotten to count the A.2 stitches. 7 band stitches in garter stitch, A.1 over the next 18 stitches, A.2 (= 7 stitches), A.3 over the next 9 stitches, A.2 (= 7 stitches), A.3 over the next 37 stitches, A.2 (= 7 stitches), A.3 over the next 9 stitches, A.2 (= 7 stitches), A.3 over the next 18 stitches, and finish with 7 band stitches in garter stitch. 7+18+7+9+7+37+7+9+7+18+7 = 133 stitches. Happy knitting!

Pamiętaj, że zawsze możesz przymierzyć rękaw i dopasować go do swoich potrzeb. Pozdrawiamy!

I am not smart enough to understand the Morning Glory Jacket Pattern. I did not have any problem with the cast-on, the Garter ridges, or the 44 stitches inserted . The problem begins with Pattern 2 -- see explanation above . The problem is no explanation above!!!!! I don't understand what a STRAND is or how do I read all the numbers in the pattern. For example, A2, Pattern 2 has a string of numbers -- A.4, p14-16-16-16-16-16. This does not tell me anything. The same with the numbers

25.06.2023 - 23:00:

DROPS Design answered:

Dear Mrs Price, you have to insert markers (see video) and marker threads (see this other video) to mark specific places on the piece where you will decrease, this means you will either decrease at the markers or at the marker threads as explained afterwards. Then the different numbers of P stitches depend on the size, in this example you will purl 14 sts in the first size and 16 sts in all remaining sizes. Happy knitting!

Is there a way / formula to find the correct diagonal length of a raglan sleeve from the neckline (at shoulder) to the armpit (at side seam)?

25.05.2023 - 15:23:

DROPS Design answered:

Dear Mrs O'Neill, this diagonal length will vary depending on the width of piece (sleeves as well as front/back piece), depth of armhole, etc... so it might be easier to take inspiration from a garment with the desired raglan and the correct tension. Remember you can always contact your yarn store for any individual assistance, they can help you even per mail or telephone. Happy knitting!

DROPS Design answered:

Dear Amona, in the neckline you work short rows as you increase for the raglan, so you work back and forth. You can check the following video to see how to work this: https://www.garnstudio.com/video.php?id=1735&lang=en. Happy knitting!

Dear Margaret, fa-281 is worked in rib, so it should be more elastic and more comfortable for a person with larger legs. Happy knitting!

What are the actual chest and hip measurements for the pattern 197-24 , how many inches more are allocated to the finished chest and hip measurements mentioned in the chart .

25.04.2023 - 20:55:

DROPS Design answered:

Dear Mrs Archambault, note that the measurements in chart are in cm - convert into inches here. The measurements are taken flat from side to side, to get the circumference, you have to multiply then by 2, then convert into inches. Bust is given under armhole, then you'll find bottom edge at the very bottom and next measurements after bottom edge. Happy knitting!

Dear Lynn, M.1 is the chart, which is located after the pattern instructions, next to the schematic drawing. M.1 represents the cables in the garment; you will work the cables when indicated in M.1.
