GARTER ST (back and forth on needle):
K all rows. 1 ridge = K2 rows.

STRIPES:
Work stripes in stockinette st as follows starting from RS:
*K1 row with Fabel, K1 row with Symphony also from RS, turn, P 1 row with Fabel, P 1 row with Symphony also from WS, turn*, repeat from *-*. See knitting tip below!

KNITTING TIP:
Switch yarn for stripes by moving all sts over to the opposite side of needle and work from there. This is done to avoid cutting the thread after every stripe.
----------------------------------------------------------

FRONT PIECE:
Work back and forth on circular needle with STRIPES - see explanation above. LOOSELY cast on 80-84-90-98-106-116 sts (includes 1 edge st in garter st in each side) on circular needle size 6 mm / US 10 with 2 strands Fabel. Work 2 RIDGES in garter st - see explanation above. Then work in stockinette st with 1 strand and stripes, REMEMBER THE GAUGE! Work until piece measures 30-31-32-33-34-35 cm / 11¾''-12¼''-12½''-13''-13 3/8''-13¾'', bind off 1 st to mark for armhole at beg of the next 2 rows = 78-82-88-96-104-114 sts. When piece measures 38-40-42-44-46-48 cm / 15''-15¾''-16½''-17¼''-18''-19'', slip the middle 12 sts on a stitch holder for neck and finish each side separately. Then bind off at beg of every row from neck: 2 sts 2-2-2-2-2-2 times, 1 st 2-2-2-3-3-3 times = 27-29-32-35-39-44 sts remain on shoulder. Switch to circular needle size 5.5 mm / US 9 when piece measures approx. 44-46-48-50-52-54 cm / 17¼''-18''-19''-19¾''-20½''-21¼'' (make sure that last row is in Fabel) and work 1 ridge in garter st with Symphony. Bind off, piece measures approx. 45-47-49-51-53-55 cm / 17 3/4"-18½"-19 1/4"-20"-21"-21 5/8".

BACK PIECE:
Work back and forth on needle with STRIPES - see explanation above. When piece measures 42-44-46-48-50-52 cm / 16½''-17¼''-18''-19''-19¾''-20½'', bind off the middle 22-22-22-24-24-24 sts for neck and finish each shoulder separately. Continue to bind off 1 st at beg of row from neck = 27-29-32-35-39-44 sts remain on the shoulder. Bind off when piece measures approx. 45-47-49-51-53-55 cm / 17 3/4"-18½"-19 1/4"-20"-21"-21 5/8".

SLEEVE:

Work 2 ridges in garter st. Then work in stockinette st with 1 strand and stripes while AT THE SAME TIME working 1 edge st in garter st in each side. When piece measures 8-8-8-8-8-8 cm / 3"-3"-3"-3"-3"-3", inc 1 st in each side. Repeat inc every 9-7-5.5-4.5-4-3 cm / 3½"-2 3/4"-2 1/4"-1 3/4"-1½"-1 1/8" 4-5-6-7-8-9 more times (5-6-7-8-9-10 times in total) = 45-48-51-54-57-60 sts. When piece measures approx. 47-46-45-44-43-40 cm / 18½"-18"-17 3/4"-17 1/4"-17"-15 3/4"- (shorter measurements in the larger sizes because of wider shoulders) - make sure that last row is in Fabel, switch to circular needle size 5.5 mm / US 9 and work 1 ridge in garter st with Symphony. Bind off, piece measures approx. 47-46-45-44-43-40 cm / 18½"-18"-17 3/4"-17 1/4"-17"-15 3/4".
