This is my tenth go at this pattern. I am now using the recommended thread. My gage is tight. The large measurements usually fit. This time not. So I increased the starting stiches to 39. The English rib keeps growing on every go around. Is there a quantity of stiches that should be increased by?
20.03.2021 - 18:42DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Froemel, there is no increase worked to this pattern, after the ribbed edge, just work English rib, this will extend the work in width to give the required shape. The tension is worked with English rib, not with stocking stitch. Happy knititng!

Potreste aiutarmi? Grazie! :)
