Dag Cindy,

Hej!
15.06.2023 kl. 21:17:DROPS Design answered:
Hei Åsa. Jo, du har 156 staver når du starter å hekle A.3 / A.4.

Bon crochet!

Første omgang av A.3/A.4 hekles slik: 1 stavgruppe (dobbelstav + 3 luftmasker + dobbelstav), 2 lm, hopp over 5 staver, 1 stavgruppe i neste stav, 2 lm, hopp over 5 staver, 1 stavgruppe i neste stav osv.

Hi Paula. You work like so: half of A.1, A.2 a total of 5 times, the second half of A.1 = 12 double crochets (with 1 chain in betweene each), counting the first 3 chains which replace 1 double crochet (see symbol definition). Happy crocheting.

And does the last double crochet in the first row come next to the first double crochet or further away? And i still don’t understand where i should place the marker thread :(

Dear Kristin, sleeves are worked around armhole = star at the bottom of sleeve and work in the chain cast on (right sleeve)/in the sts skipped (left sleeve) to the top of sleeve and work down along the skipped sts (right sleeve)/chains cast on for armhole (right sleeve) = 64-70-76 dc around. Start in the bottom dc under sleeve and work (1 dc, 6 chains, skip approx. 4 tr) repeat from (to) ajdust so that you have 15-18-21 ch-spaces around armhole. Insert the marker in the ch-space mid under sleeve. Happy crocheting!

Hello, I don't really understand this part: Work A.3 (the middle of A.3 shows beginning and end of every round, i.e. work from middle of A.3), A.4 12 times in total, finish with the other half of A.3 - AT THE SAME TIME on last round increase 7 double crochet evenly (increase by working 2 double crochet in same double crochet) = 202 double crochet on round. Am I increasing by 7 during the 2nd half of A3? if so, which stitches? because there are 9 in the 2nd half. Thanks
11.06.2017 kl. 07:37:DROPS Design answered:
Dear Amy, when working last row in A.3/A.4, inc 7 sts evenly on the round in A.3 and A.4, so that you get a total of 202 dc at this round. Happy crocheting!

Bon crochet!

Dear Mrs Kiefer, you will find at the bottom of the pattern all measurements for each size in cm - compare these to a similar garment you like the shape to find out the matching size. Read more about sizing and convert into inches here. Happy crocheting!

I can read a graph this is hard how many to go around. Thus graphic says only one stitch .the picture shows more I believe that is what everyone is asking also . It's not clear
05.05.2017 kl. 18:07:DROPS Design answered:
Dear Michelle, Basically the cirle at the back is made out of six parts, in five of these you should crochet pattern A.2, and one, at the beginning and end or the round with pattern A.1. As the pattern says: the round starts at the middle of A.1 (look for the black dot on the chart) crochet half of the A.1 (from the middle of the A.1's chart), repeat A.2 five times, and finish with the other part of A.1. I hope this helped. Happy crocheting!

Hej Anneli, jo om du virkar början på A.1 (3 lm + 7st=8), A.2 (26st) 5 ggr och slutet på A.1 (18 m) = 156 st.

27.03.2017 kl. 20:11:DROPS Design answered:
Bonjour Mme Dock, au dernier tour de A.2 vous avez 26 brides + 26 brides dans A.1 (8 au début du tour et 18 en fin de tour), soit 5x A.2 = 5 x 26 + 26 = 156 brides. Bon crochet!

Pattern 177-10 Anyway, I work it all in the round. I get to the section labeled XXL/XXXL Round 6 states to increase 12 DC evenly and this is the 2nd round of A.5. Yet under All Sizes, it states to increase 33 DC on the second row of A.5. I'm really confused with your pattern and I've been trying to figure it out for 2 weeks now because I absolutely love that jacket and I want to make it. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
17.03.2017 kl. 05:58:DROPS Design answered:
Hi Sissy, The pattern is divided into sizes up to round 6, where, as you rightly say, you increase 12 DC evenly. Then you go to the all sizes bit and follow that, so your rounds 7 and 8 etc. are then described as rounds 1 and 2 under all sizes. Does this help and if not let me know. Deirdre xx

Pattern 177-10 I understand how to determine the chart information. I get confused with the written instructions. I do not understand what working vertically means since it states to work in the round at the beginning.
17.03.2017 kl. 05:57:DROPS Design answered:
Dear Sissy, you have to work the diagram as explained, ie A.1 then repeat A.2 in width finishing with the beg in A.1 on every round until diagrams have been worked 1 time verticallly = until all rows have been worked. Happy crocheting!

10.03.2017 kl. 04:31:DROPS Design answered:
Dear Jay, you will find under diagram text all symbols and the sts/group of sts they are matching. Start reading diagrams as they have to be started (in A.1-A.4 rounds start/end in the middle of A.1) and read from bottom up from the right towards the left. Your DROPS store will provide you any further assistance if needed. Happy crocheting!
