FLOWER:
Ch 5 and form a ring with 1 sl st in 1st ch - see diagram A.1.
ROW 1: ch 2 (replace 1st hdc). Then work 9 hdc in ch-ring = 10 hdc.
Then work back and forth as follows: ch 1, 1 sl st in first hdc, ch 9, 1 sl st in same hdc, * 1 sl st in each of the next 2 hdc, 9 ch, 1 sl st in same hdc *, repeat from *-* 3 more times (=5 ch-spaces). Ch 2 (replace first hdc). In ch-space work 3 hdc, 2 dc, 2 tr, 2 dc, 4 hdc, 1 sl st in next sl st from previous round. See diagram A.2.
In the next 4 ch-spaces work as follows: 4 hdc, 2 dc, 2 tr, 2 dc, 4 hdc, 1 sl st in next sl st from previous round = 5 leaves.

PATTERN:
See diagram A.1-5.

NECKLACE:
Read US/UK above! First work the middle circle on necklace, then work the circles in the sides.
LARGE CIRCLE:
Ch 12 on hook size 3 mm / C and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch - see diagram A.5.
ROUND 1: ch 2 (replace 1st hdc), 19 hdc in ch-ring = 20 hdc. Finish with 1 sl st in 2nd ch.
ROUND 2: ch 3 (replace 1st dc), 1 dc in 1st hdc, 2 dc in every hdc on round = 40 dc on round. Finish with 1 sl st in 3rd ch.
ROUND 3: ch 4 (replace 1st tr), 1 tr in 1st dc, * 1 tr in next dc, 2 tr in next dc *, repeat from *-* the entire round (work 3 tr over 2 dc) = 60 tr on round. Finish with 1 sl st in 4th ch.

Then work as follows: In 1st tr work FLOWER - see explanation above. After last row on flower continue to work around the large circle with WS towards you as follows: Work 1 sl st LOOSELY in back loop of each of the next 10 tr, ch 9, 1 sl st LOOSELY in back loop of same tr as last sl st. Turn piece and work from RS in ch-space as follows: 4 hdc, 2 dc, 2 tr, 2 dc, 4 hdc - see diagram A.2. Then work 1 sl st LOOSELY in back loop of each of the next 20 tr. Work FLOWER - see explanation above.
After last row on flower continue to work around the circle with WS towards you as follows:
Work 1 sl st LOOSELY in back loop of each of the next 20 tr, ch 9, 1 sl st LOOSELY in back loop of same tr as last sl st. Turn piece and work from RS in ch-space as follows: 4 hdc, 2 dc, 2 tr, 2 dc, 4 hdc - see diagram A.2.
Then work with WS towards you as follows: 1 sl st LOOSELY in back loop of each of the next tr. Fasten off.

SMALL CIRCLE NO 1 (LEFT SIDE):
Ch 12 on hook size 3 mm / C and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch.
ROUND 1: ch 2 (replace 1st hdc), 19 hdc in ch-ring = 20 hdc.
Finish with 1 sl st in 2nd ch - see diagram A.3.
ROUND 2: ch 4 (replace 1st tr), 1 tr in 1st hdc, 2 tr in each of the next 6 hdc. Then fasten circle to the large circle as follows: Work 1 sl st between tr on leaf on the left side of the large circle. Work 2 tr in each of the next 3 hdc on small circle, 1 sl st between tr on 1st leaf on flower. Work 2 tr in each of the next 3 hdc on small circle, 1 sl st between tr on 2nd leaf on flower.
2 tr in each of the next hdc on small circle = 40 tr. Finish with 1 sl st in 4th ch.
Then work back and forth as follows:
ROW 1: * ch 1, 1 sc in next tr, ch 6, 1 sl st in same sc *, repeat from *-* 3 more times (= 4 times in total) = 4 leaves.
See diagram A.4.
ROW 2: Work as follows in first ch-space: ch 2 (replace first hdc), 3 hdc, 2 dc, 4 hdc, 1 sl st in ch from previous row. In the next 3 ch-spaces work as follows: 4 hdc, 2 dc, 4 hdc, 1 sl st in ch from previous row = 4 leaves. Fasten off.

SMALL CIRCLE NO 2 (LEFT SIDE):
Work as small circle no 1 but work 2nd round as follows:
Ch 4 (replace 1st tr), 1 tr in 1st hdc, 2 tr in each of the next 8 hdc. Then fasten small circle no 1 and 2 tog as follows: Work 1 sl st between dc on 2nd leaf on small circle no 1. Work 2 tr in each of the next 3 hdc on circle no 2, 1 sl st between dc on 1st leaf on small circle no 1. Work 2 tr in each of the next hdc on no 2 = 40 tr. Finish with 1 sl st in 4th ch. Then work as small circle no 1.

SMALL CIRCLE NO 3 (RIGHT SIDE):
Work as small circle no 1 but work 2nd round as follows:
Ch 4 (replace 1st tr), 1 tr in 1st hdc, 2 tr in each of the next 8 hdc. Then fasten the circle to large circle as follows: Work 1 sl st between tr on 4th leaf on flower. Work 2 tr in each of the next 3 hdc on small circle, 1 sl st between tr on 5th leaf on flower. Work 2 tr in each of the next 3 hdc on small circle, 1 sl st between tr in leaf on the right side of the large circle.
2 tr in each of the next hdc on small circle = 40 tr. Finish with 1 sl st in 4th ch. Then work as small circle no 1.

SMALL CIRCLE NO 4 (RIGHT SIDE):
Work as small circle no 1 but work 2nd round as follows:
Ch 4 (replace 1st tr), 1 tr in 1st hdc, 2 tr in each of the next 10 hdc. Then fasten the circle to small circle no 3 as follows: Work 1 sl st between dc on 4th leaf on small circle no 3. Work 2 tr in each of the next 3 hdc on small circle no 4, 1 sl st between dc on 3rd leaf on small circle no 3. Work 2 tr in each of the next hdc on small circle no 4 = 40 tr. Finish with 1 sl st in 4th ch. Then work as small circle no 1.

CHAIN:
Chain a band approx. 36 cm / 14 1/4'' long, in both sides. Beg with 1 sl st through outer edge on leaf towards mid front on circle no 2 and 4. Fasten off.
