MAGIC CIRCLE:
When piece is worked in the round, start with this technique to avoid holes in the middle. Hold the yarn end and wind the yarn one time around the index finger to make a loop. Hold the loop with left thumb and middle finger, place the yarn over left index finger. Insert hook through the loop, make a YO and pull yarn through loop, work ch 1, then work sc around the loop. When the desired no of sc have been reached, pull the yarn end to tighten the loop. Fasten the yarn end on the back side. Continue to work in the round in a circle.

WORK IN THE ROUND IN A CIRCLE:
After last sc on the round, continue to next round with 1 sc in next sc (= first sc from previous round). NOTE: Insert a marker at the beg of round between last sc and 1st sc on round, move the marker upwards when working.

DECREASE TIP:
Dec 1 st by working 2 sts tog as follows: * Insert hook in next st, get yarn *, repeat from *-* one more time, make 1 YO and pull yarn through all 3 sts on hook.

EGGS:
Worked in the round in a circle. Start by making a MAGIC CIRCLE with strong yellow - read explanation above - on hook size 4 mm / G/6.
ROUND 1: Work 6 sc in the magic circle - READ WORK IN THE ROUND IN A CIRCLE. Insert 1 marker at beg of round and move the marker upwards when working.
ROUND 2: Work 2 sc in every sc = 12 sc.
ROUND 3: * 1 sc in next sc, work 2 sc in next sc *, repeat from *-* the entire round = 18 sc.
ROUND 4: * 1 sc in each of the next 2 sc, work 2 sc in next sc *, repeat from *-* the entire round = 24 sc.
ROUND 5: * 1 sc in each of the next 3 sc, work 2 sc in next sc *, repeat from *-* the entire round = 30 sc. Fasten off. Work another circle the same way = 2 circles in strong yellow.
ROUND 6: Place the circles on top of each other, then work in the round with off white - work through both layers as follows: * 1 sc in each of the next 4 sc, work 2 sc in next sc *, repeat from *-* the entire round = 36 sc. NOTE! When approx. 10 sc remain, fill the middle circles with poly stuffing before finishing round.
ROUND 7: * 1 sc in each of the next 5 sc, work 2 sc in next sc *, repeat from *-* the entire round = 42 sc.
ROUND 8-11: Continue with inc the same way, there is 1 sc more on every round between inc = 66 sc.
Fasten off.

BREAD:
TOP/BOTTOM:
Ch 16 with dark beige on hook size 4 mm / G/6, turn and work 1 sc in second ch from hook, work 1 sc in every ch = 15 sc. Work 1 sc in every sc until bread measures approx. 11 cm / 4½'' vertically.
Work another part the same way.

EDGE AROUND:
Ch 4 with brown on hook size 4 mm / G/6, turn and work 1 sc in second ch, work 1 sc in every ch = 3 sc. Work 1 sc in every sc until edge measures approx. 39 cm / 15 1/4''.

Place the edge towards the bottom and work around the entire slice of bread with brown. Work 1 sc in every sc and 2 sc in every row. Fasten the top the same way, when approx. 5 cm / 2'' remain fill the slice with some poly stuffing before finishing. Fasten off.

BACON:
Ch 46 loosely on hook size 4 mm / G/6 with rust.
ROW 1: Work 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, * 1 sc in each of the next ch 4, skip ch 2, 1 sc in each of the next ch 4, 3 sc in next ch *, repeat from *-* a total of 4 times but finish with only 2 sc in last ch = 45 sc.
ROW 2: ch 1, 2 sc in first sc, * 1 sc in each of the next 4 sc, skip 2 sc, 1 sc in each of the next 4 sc, 3 sc in next sc *, repeat from *-* 4 times and finish with only 2 sc in last ch.
ROW 3: Switch to off white and work as 2nd row.
ROW 4-5: Switch to rust and work as 2nd row.
Fasten off.
