Gauge: 23 sts x 30 rows on larger needles in stockinette st = 10x10 cm.

Back: Cast on 118-128-138-148-158 sts on smaller needles and knit 4 rows garter st, change to larger needles and stockinette st. When the piece measures 10 cm dec 1 st at each side every 3-3.5-4-5-6 cm a total of 10-9-8-7-6 times = 98-110-122-134-146 sts. When the piece measures 40-41-42-43-44 cm P 2 rows (first row = right side row).
Knit the next row as follows:

Sizes M, L and XXL: K 1 (edge st knit in garter st), K 2, * P 2, K 4 *, repeat * - * and finish with P 2, K 2 and K 1 (edge st knit in garter st).

When the piece measures 74-76-78-80-82 cm bind off the center 20-22-22-22-24 sts for the neck. Then dec 1 st at each neck edge every other row 2 times = 30-32-32-35-37 sts remain on each shoulder. Bind off when the piece measures 76-78-80-82-84 cm.

Left front: Cast on 59-65-70-74-80 sts on smaller needles and knit 4 rows garter st, change to larger needles and stockinette st.
