Turn, ch 3 (= 1st dc), work 1 dc in each of the next 27 sc = 28 dc, turn and work back and forth with 1 dc in every dc = 28 dc (3 ch replace 1st dc on every row and finish every row with 1 dc in 3rd ch from beg of previous row).
Work 6 rows in total with dc.
Now close the opening for label by working 12 ch at the front of opening, fasten with 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of row. Now work in the round.
