2 TR TOG:
Work 1 tr but wait with last YO and pull through, work next tr but pull last YO through all 3 sts on hook.

3 DC TOG:
Work 1 dc but wait with last YO and pull through, work next dc in same space but wait with last YO and pull through, work next dc in same space but now pull last YO through all 4 sts on hook.

BLANKET:
Work 19 squares in Big Delight color no 11, and 7 squares in Big Delight in each of the color 05, 06 and 10 = 40 squares in total.

CROCHET SQUARE:
Ch 4 on hook size 7 mm/ K or L with Big Delight and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch. Then work as shown in diagram A.1, i.e. work as follows:
ROUND 1: ch 1, work 12 sc in ch-ring and finish with 1 sl st in ch from beg of round = 12 sc.
ROUND 2: ch 4 (= 1 tr), work 1 tr in same st, * ch 2, 2 TR TOG – see explanation above, in next sc *, repeat from *-* the entire round and finish with ch 2 and 1 sl st in 4th ch from beg of round = 12 tr-groups with 2 ch between each.
ROUND 3: 1 sl st in first ch-space, ch 3 (= 1 dc), 2 dc tog in same ch-space (i.e. work 1 dc but wait with last pull through, work next dc but now pull last YO through all 3 sts on hook), * ch 3, 3 DC TOG – see explanation above, in next ch-space *, repeat from *-* the entire round and finish with 3 ch and 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round = 12 dc-groups with 3 ch between each.
ROUND 4: ch 5 (= 1 hdc + 3 ch), skip 1 ch-space, * in next ch-space (= corner) work as follows: 3 dc tog, ch 2, 3 dc tog, ch 4, 3 dc tog, 2 ch and 3 dc tog, 3 ch **, skip 1 ch-space, at the top of next dc-group work 1 hdc, ch 3, skip 1 ch-space *, repeat from *-* 3 more times but finish last repetition after **, then work 1 sl st in 2nd ch from beg of round.

ROUND 6: Switch to Big Merino and work a round with sc as follows: ch 1, work 2 sc in every ch-space and 1 sc at the top of every dc-group, in ch-space in every corner work 2 sc + ch 2 + 2 sc. Fasten off.

ASSEMBLY:
Place the squares with 5 squares in width and 8 rows in height - see picture for placement.
Sew the squares tog with Big Merino - sew the squares tog with 1 stitch in approx. every other st, make sure that the edge is nice and even.

CROCHET EDGE:
Work a finishing edge around the entire blanket on hook size 7 mm with Big Merino as follows:
ROUND 1: 1 sc in first st, * ch 2, skip 1 st, 1 sc in next st *, repeat from *-* around the entire blanket - NOTE: In ch-space in every corner on blanket work 2 ch-spaces. Finish round with 1 sl st in first sc from beg of round.
ROUND 2: ch 5, 1 dc in 4th ch from hook, skip 1 ch-space, 1 sc in next ch-space, * ch 4, 1 dc in 4th ch from hook (= 1 picot), skip 1 ch-space, 1 sc in next ch-space *, repeat from *-* around the entire blanket – NOTE: Make sure that there is one picot in every corner on blanket.
Fasten off.
