CROCHET TIP-1:
Replace first dc on round with 3 ch and finish each round with 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round.

CROCHET TIP-2:
Replace first dc on row with 3 ch.

DC-GROUP:
* Work 1 dc, but wait with the last pull through *, repeat from *-* a total of 3 times = 4 sts on hook, yarn over needle and pull thread through all 4 sts on hook.

BAG:

Work 4 ch with 2 threads Bomull-Lin and crochet hook size 6 mm / J/10 and form a ring with a sl st in the first ch.
ROUND 1:10 dc in ring – SEE CROCHET TIP-1!
ROUND 2: 2 dc in each dc = 20 dc.
ROUND 3: 2 dc in each dc = 40 dc.
ROUND 4: * 2 dc in first dc, 1 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* a total of 20 times = 60 dc.
ROUND 5:* 2 dc in first dc, 1 dc in each of the next 2 dc *, repeat from *-* a total of 20 times = 80 dc.
ROUND 6: * 2 dc in first dc, 1 dc in each of the next 7 dc *, repeat from *-* a total of 10 times = 90 dc.
Piece now measures approx 11 cm / 4 3/8” from the centre. Continue in the round with 1 dc in each dc (no inc) until piece measures approx 30 cm / 11¾” from the centre.
REMEMBER THE CROCHET GAUGE!
Work next round as follows: 3 ch (= 1 dc), * 2 ch, skip 2 dc, 1 dc in next dc *, repeat from *-* and finish with 2 ch, skip 2 dc and 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round. Work next round as follows: 3 ch (= 1 dc), 1 ch, * 1 DC-GROUP – see above – round ch-loop, 2 ch *, repeat from *-* and finish with 1 DC-GROUP round ch-loop,1 ch and 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round.
Repeat these 2 rounds 1 more time, and then work the first round (= 5 rounds in total).
Work next round as follows: 1 dc in each dc, 2 dc round each ch-loop. Continue in the round with 1 dc in each dc until piece measures approx 44 cm / 17¼”. Cut the thread and fasten.

SHOULDER STRAPS:
Work 7 ch with 2 threads Bomull-Lin and crochet hook size 6 mm / J/10. Work 1 dc in 4th ch from hook and continue with 1 dc in each of the next 3 ch = 5 dc. Continue back and forth with 1 dc in each dc – SEE CROCHET TIP-2 - until strap measures approx 60 cm / 24’’. Make one more strap and attach a strap each side at the top of bag.
