Hi there\r\nI started to make the traffic and flowers cardigan and find that I am confused by the chart. If this shows from the front, what do I do on the back? If I do the normal knit the knits and purl the purls it will be twice as high? What am I missing? Thanks

Dear Nancy, it shows all rows (both from right and wrong side) as seen from the right side. So, in rows from the wrong side, you work the next row as indicated in the chart, but instead of knitting you purl the stitches or, instead of purling, you knit them, depending on the symbol shown. For example, if you have Blue, K on a wrong side row, instead of knitting you would purl these stitches. Happy knitting!

Bon tricot!

Would love to make this jacket, Flowers in Traffic, which yarn thickness do you suggest please. The ‘find alternatives’ is not finding anything. Thanks

Hi Ana! If the pattern is worked with multiple colours, every colour will have to be converted separately. I will check it for 100g of Muskat colour no 36, blue in our convertor: You can replace 100g of DROPS Muskat (1 thread) with: 100g DROPS Karisma (1 thread) or 100g DROPS Lima (1 thread) or 96g DROPS Merino Extra Fine (1 thread) or 96g DROPS Cotton Light (1 thread) or 91g DROPS Puna (1 thread) or 91g DROPS Cotton Merino (1 thread) or 84g DROPS Belle (1 thread) or 53g DROPS Sky (1 thread). You can do the same with other colours. Happy knitting!

When piece measures 28-30-34 (39-43) cm cast off the middle 20-22-24 (26-32) sts for neck and dec 1 st on neckline on next row. Cast off when piece measures 30-32-36 (41-45) cm. Pick up approx 80-100 sts along left front piece on needle size 2.5 mm with blue and knit 2 cm Rib back and forth on needle, cast off. Repeat along right front piece, but after 0.5 cm make 5 buttonholes evenly distributed on row. 1 buttonhole = cast off 2 sts and cast on 2 new sts on return row. Pick up approx 74-78 sts round neck on double pointed needles size 2.5 mm with blue and knit 2 cm Rib, change to bright blue, knit 1 round and cast off in bright blue.
