Lækker trøje, som jeg gerne vil i gang med at strikke. Bare kedeligt, at strikkebogen først kommer medio februar. Det er lang tid at vente.

Knitting Gauge: 15 sts x 21 rows on needles size 5.5 mm with 1 thread Silke-tweed and 1 thread Vivaldi in stocking sts = 10 x 10 cm. Rib: *K3, P3*, repeat from *-* Stripes: See diagram M.1 – ST = Silke-Tweed, V = Vivaldi. After finishing the stripe pattern continue with 1 thread 01 ST + 1 thread 06 V. Bind off tips (for the neck shaping). Bind off for the neck shaping inside 4 sts of stocking sts. All bind off’s should be done from the wrong side. Bind off as follows: K2 tog before and after the 4 stocking sts. Button hole: Make button holes at the right front edge. Bind off the 3rd st and make a yo on next row over the bound-off st. Bind off for button holes when the piece measures: Size S: 3, 10, 17, 24 cm Size M: 4, 11, 18, 25 cm Size L: 4, 12, 19, 26 cm Size XL: 4, 12, 20, 27 cm Size XXL: 4, 12, 20, 28 cm Back and front piece: Knit the cardigan forward and backward on circular needles from the centre front. Cast on 125-137-149-167-179 sts (inclusive of 4 edge sts each side = centre front) on circular needle size 4.5 with 1 thread of 02 ST + 1 thread of 02 V. Knit rib, with 4 sts of garter sts and 3 sts of stocking sts each side until the piece measures 3 cm. Change to circular needle size 5.5 and continue in reverse stocking sts (the pearl side = the right side) and in stripes – see above explanation – with 4 edge sts each side in garter sts, at the same time adjusting the number of sts to 122-134-146-162-178 on the first row of stocking sts. Remember buttonholes on right front edge – see above explanation. Insert a marking thread 32-35-38-42-46 sts in from each side (= 58-64-70-78-86 sts in between the marking threads at the back). When the piece measures 10 cm inc 1 st both sides of each marking thread on every 6th cm a total of 3 times = 134-146-158-174-190 sts. Now bind off the centre 14-14-16-16-16 sts for neck. Bind off 1 st on the next row at the neck side – see bind off tips = 19-20-20-21-22 sts left for shoulder. Bind off for sleeve cap each side on every other row: 2 sts 1 time and 1 st 4-6-6-10-11 times. Continue to bind off 2 sts on each side until the piece measures 55 cm. Then bind off each side 3 sts 1 time. When the piece measures 56 cm bind off the remaining sts. Knit the other sleeve. Assembly: Sew shoulders seams. Sew in the sleeves and the buttons. Pull a thread of Salsa through both front pieces starting from the armholes and sew vertically towards the front edge with long stitches. Fasten the thread at the wrong side by the armhole and make a small bow before the centre front edge. |
