Why are some circular needles faulty? I purchase a pair from a website and used them only twice, but I lost all the stitches midway when I was knitting an intricate pattern and had to pull the whole lot out. The plastic broke off from the actual needle. When I asked for a replacement or refund I was told to contact the manufacturer. Shouldn’t circular needles have a guarantee because it’s frustrating having to start all over again
