To Deniz. You probably can start working pattern A.1 when you have at least 3 increased stitches (2 increased sts. if you feel adventurous lol), and knit the left part of section A of A.1 for right edge of the sleeve and right part of section C of A.1 for the left edge of the sleeve. Just make sure your yarn overs match the "knit 2 together". OR you can substitute stockinette st. increases into the lace pattern , but you will have to be careful not to increase too many or too little sts.
