Crochet: Aster flower

In this DROPS video we show how to work an Aster FLOWER:
Work as shown in diagram A.1, i.e. work as follows:
Ch 4 on hook size 4 mm / G/6 with a color of your choice and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch.

ROUND 1: ch 2, work 9 hdc in ch-ring, finish with 1 sl st in a new color of your choice in 2nd ch from beg of round.

ROUND 2: 1 ch (not counted as 1st hdc), * in next hdc work: 1 sc, 4 ch and 1 dc in 4th ch from hook *, repeat from *-* 8 more times (= 9 times in total) and finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round = 9 leaves.
