In this DROPS video we show you how to knit a cable pattern. We cast on 28 stitches and knit the chart with 1 edge stitch in stockinette stitch in each side (26+2).
Chart description:
The empty square= knit from right side, purl from wrong side
The square with star= purl from right side, knit from wrong side
The 6 squares with one diagonal line=cable over 6 stitches: place 2 stitches on cable needle behind piece, place 2 stitches on cable needle in front of piece, knit 2, knit 2 from cable needle in front of piece, knit 2 from cable needle behind piece
In the video we use the yarn DROPS Snow.

Bonjour Mme Caron, le pull DROPS 215-5 se tricote en rond, et de haut en bas; les diagrammes se lisent toujours de bas en haut (sauf indication explicite dans les explications); mais comme on tricote en rond, tous les rangs des diagrammes vont se lire de droite à gauche.
