How to decrease by sl1, k2tog, psso

In this DROPS video we show how to decrease by sl1, k2tog, psso.

These abbreviations in the title means slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 2 sts together, pass the slipped stitch over.
This is a decrease from 3 sts into 1. Also used in lace patterns and with a yo on each side, so number of sts are kept the same, but 2 holes are created.

In sokpatroon 223/34 zit een probleem dat ik niet kan oplossen. In naald 3 moet de laatste steek van de vorige naald worden afgehaald, dan 2 steken samengebreid en de afgehaald steek overgehaald. Hoe moet dat als je met 4 naalden breit ?

Dag Jozefien,

Je zult dan de betreffende steken over moeten hevelen van de ene naar de andere naald, zodat je ze samen kunt breien.

Dear Evelyn, do you mean in the middle of 10th row of this pattern? you shouldn't have 2 yarn overs next to each other but K1 in between, ie: K2, YO, K6, K2 tog, YO, K1, YO, slip1, k1, psso, K6, YO, K2. Happy knitting!
