REMEMBER THE CROCHET TENSION! When piece measures approx. 10-11-13 cm, finish after 2 rounds with double crochet, cut the yarn. Insert 1 marker between the 2 middle stitches on round, i.e. after 17-18-20 double crochets. Work piece with toe towards you and count 4 stitches to the left of marker, begin working here from right side with treble crochets. Work until 6 double crochets remain in total on round (i.e. 3 stitches on each side of marker mid on top of foot), turn = 28-30-34 treble crochets. Continue pattern as before – work 1 slip stitch in first treble crochet, then double crochets until 1 treble crochet remains on row, turn. Then work back and forth over the remaining 26-28-32 stitches until piece measures approx. 21-23-26 cm in total – adjust so that next row is a row worked with treble crochets. Work next row as follows: 1 treble crochet in each of the first 11-12-14 double crochets, then work the next 4 treble crochets together 2 by 2 – READ DECREASE TIP, then work 1 treble crochet in each of the last 11-12-14 double crochets. Fasten off. Fold the slipper double and sew tog edge to edge mid back.

If first stripes after division is a stripes with petrol:
ROUND 1: 1 double crochet in every double crochet mid on top of foot, 1 double crochet in corner, * 2 double crochets on stripes in petrol, 1 double crochet in transition between the next 2 colour stripes, 2 chain stitches, skip a stripe in dark beige, 1 double crochet in transition between the next 2 colour stripes, * repeat from *-* until a stripe with petrol remains, work 2 double crochets on stripes in petrol, 1 double crochet in corner before double crochets on top of foot, finish round with 1 slip stitch in first double crochet.

ROUND 2:
Work 1 double crochet in every double crochet and 2 double crochet around every chain space. Finish round with 1 slip stitch in first double crochet. Fasten off.

Work another slipper the same way.

TWINED STRING:
Cut 2 lengths of 2 metres each with mustard. Twine the strands tog until they resist, fold the string double so that it twines again. Make a knot at each end. Kan man strikke strømper af Paris??

DROPS Design 16.01.2019 kl. 14:19:

Hei Susanne.

Bon crochet!
