PATTERN:
See diagram A.1 – diagram is worked in stocking st and show 1 repetition of pattern.

INCREASE TIP:
Beg 1 st before marker: 1 YO, K 2 (marker is between these sts), 1 YO. On next round K YO twisted to avoid holes.
--------------------------------------------------------

BODY:
Worked in the round on circular needle.
Cast on 176-192-212-228-248-280 sts on circular needle size 4.5 mm with dark grey. Work rib = K 1/P 1 for 3 cm. Switch to circular needle size 5 mm and K 1 round while dec 28-32-36-36-40-48 sts evenly = 148-160-176-192-208-232 sts. Insert 1 marker at beg of round and 1 marker after 74-80-88-96-104-116 sts (these marks the sides). Continue in stocking st. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION When piece measures 10 cm, inc 1 st on each side of both markers - READ INCREASE TIP! Inc every 10 cm a total of 4 times = 164-176-192-208-224-248 sts. When piece measures 43-43-44-44-44-44 cm, cast off 6-6-8-8-10-12 sts in each side for armholes (i.e. 3-3-4-4-5-6 sts on each side of both markers) = 152-164-176-192-204-224 sts remain on needle. Put piece aside and knit the sleeves.

SLEEVE:
Worked in the round on double pointed needles.
Cast on 48-50-52-54-56-58 sts on double pointed needles size 4.5 mm with dark grey. Work rib = K 1/P 1 for 3 cm. Switch to double pointed needles size 5 mm and K 1 round while dec 8-8-8-8-10-10 sts evenly = 40-42-44-46-46-48 sts. Insert 1 marker mid under sleeve. When piece measures 8 cm, inc 1 st on each side of marker under sleeve. Inc every 6-4-3-2½-2½-2 cm 7-10-12-13-14-15 times in total = 54-62-68-72-74-78 sts. When piece measures 48-47-46-45-43-43 cm, cast off 6-6-8-8-10-12 sts mid under sleeve = 48-56-60-64-64-66 sts remain on needle. Put piece aside and knit another sleeve.

YOKE:
Slip sleeves on to same circular needle as body where armholes were cast off = 248-276-296-320-332-356 sts. Insert 1 marker mid back – now round beg here! K 1 round with dark grey while AT THE SAME TIME adjusting the no of sts to 240-275-300-312-338-351. Then work and dec according to A.1 – see start arrow for correct size (= 10-11-12-12-13-13 repetitions). When A.1 has been worked, there are 100-110-120-120-130-130 sts on round. Finish piece with dark grey. K 1 round while at the same time dec 18-25-32-32-35-35 sts evenly = 82-85-88-88-95-95 sts. Then work an elevation in the back as follows: K 8 sts past marker, turn, tighten yarn and P 16 sts back, turn, tighten yarn and K 24 sts, turn, continue to work 8 sts more in stocking st for every turn until a total of 64 sts have been worked after last turn, turn and K 1 round over all sts until mid back again.

NECK:
Switch to circular needle size 4.5 mm. K 1 round while at the same time inc 16-17-18-18-19-19 sts evenly = 98-102-106-106-114-114 sts. Continue with rib = K 1/P 1 for 3 cm, cast off with K over K and P over P.

ASSEMBLY:

Hello , I have a question about the length of the sleeve , you say for the size XXL at 43cm to stop the sleeve, isn't there an error, shouldn't it be 47 cm ? thank you in advance for you answer

DROPS Design 05.03.2018 kl. 08:23:

Dear Mrs Zheng, the sleeve is shorter in larger size due to a longer yoke - see measurement chart. Happy knitting!

Christina 26.01.2018 - 11:45:

DROPS Design 11.10.2017 kl. 13:28:

Hei Siri!

Tak for informationen!

Helle Karmisholt Christiansen 30.08.2017 - 13:28:

DROPS Design 18.01.2017 kl. 12:49:

Hei Eva-Iren. Ja, det stemmer. Skuldrene paa bolen er breddere i de store störrelse, se maalskitse nederst.
