A.2 wird so gestrickt: 1 M re, 1 Umschlag, 9 M re, 1 Abnahme, 1 Abnahme, 8 M re, 1 Umschlag, 1 M re (= 23 M).

In A3, are the two stitches between yarn overs supposed to be knit together or are the two stitches between the yarn overs supposed to be knit all the way through the skirt to the top? A4 and higher all show only one stitch knit between the yarn overs on the diagram.
19.01.2020 - 23:10DROPS Design answered:
Dear Carterkat, a white square in diagram is a stitch you have to knit, ie in A.3 you start with K1, yo, etc... and finish with yo, K1. Just work diagrams as shown, some are including decreases (= A.3, A.5 for example) and some other will be repeated in height and do not include decreases (A.2, A.4, A.6 for example). Happy knitting!

Salve.

I have the same question as the first one. From A4 chart, we don't have 2 stitches between the fold but just one. Is this a mistake??
01.11.2018 - 11:33DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Mannan, I'm afraid I don't understand your question, A.4 is worked over 21 sts as follows on row 1: K1, YO, K8, slip 1, K1, psso, K2 tog, K8, YO = 21 sts. the decreases in the pattern are lined up. Happy knitting!
