CROCHET INFO:
At beg of every round/row with dc work 1 ch. Ch does not replace dc.
At beg of every row with dtr replace first dtr with 4 ch.

DECREASE TIP:
Dec 1 dc by working 2 dc tog as follows:
* Insert hook in next st, get yarn *, repeat from *-* one more time, make a YO and pull yarn through all 3 sts on hook = 1 dc dec.

PATTERN:
ROW 1 (= from WS): Work 1 dc in front loop of every dtr from previous row.
ROW 2 (from RS): Work 1 dtr in back loop of every dc from previous row.
Repeat 1st and 2nd row.
----------------------------------------------------------

HAT:
Worked in the round.
Work 51-53-55 ch on hook size 8 mm with 1 thread Cloud or 2 threads Air and form a ring with 1 sl st. Work 1 ch - READ CROCHET INFO, then work 1 dc in first ch on ch-ring, 1 dc in each of the next 1-3-5 ch, * skip 1 ch, work 1 dc in each of the next 6 ch *, repeat from *-* 6 more times = 44-46-48 dc on round. Then work 1 dc in back loop of every dc from previous round. REMEMBER THE CROCHET TENSION! When piece measures 16-17-18 cm, insert 6 markers in the piece as follows: Insert a marker at beg of round, work 8-7-8 dc, insert a marker, then insert 4 markers 7-8-8 dc apart, 8-7-8 dc remain on round. On next round dec 1 dc after every marker - SEE DECREASE TIP (= 6 dc dec) = 38-40-42 dc. Repeat dec alternately on right and left side of every marker every other round 3 more times = 20-22-24 dc. On next round work dc tog 2 by 2 the entire round = 10-11-12 dc. Cut the yarn, baste it up and down through sts, pull yarn to tighten and fasten tightly. The hat measures approx. 25-26-27 cm vertically.

POMPOM:
Make a pompom with 1 thread Cloud or 2 threads Air with an approx. diameter of 11 cm. Sew the pompom on the top of the hat.
----------------------------------------------------------

SCARF:
Worked back and forth.

Crochet 25 loose ch on hook size 9 mm with 1 thread Cloud or 2 threads Air. Work first row as follows: Work 1 ch to turn with - READ CROCHET INFO, then work 1 dc in each of the next 4 ch, * skip 1 ch, work 1 dc in each of the next 6 ch *, repeat from *-* 2 more times = 22 dc. Turn and work 2nd row in PATTERN - see explanation above. REMEMBER THE CROCHET TENSION! When piece measures approx. 180 cm, adjust so that last row is 1st row in pattern, fasten off.

FRINGES:
Cut 3 (Cloud) or 6 (Air) lengths of yarn of 44 cm. Place them double and pull loop through edge st at the end of scarf. Then pull yarn ends in through loop and tighten. Insert a fringe in every other st along the end of scarf. Repeat in the other end. Cut fringes to a length of approx. 17 cm.

ALART Fabienne 19.07.2015 - 20:23:
