Hej! Jag undrar över diagramet A1, A2 osv... hur är det meningen att de ska följas? Slutar man med 6 stolpar på strl L/XL tex?? Det stämmer ju inte att följa diagramet rakt upp och ner..hur delar man A1 och A2 mm??

Hej Ingrid. Du har 149 fm og hekler: A.1 = 12 m, saa gentager du A.2 = 4 m over de neste 128 fm og afslutter med A.3 = 9 m. Du har 6 stolpar i begge sider (i starten og i slut)

I have another question after I chain 188 for the small size can you break down the single crochet/chain stitches like you did for Karen on March 25. I understand 3 sc/ 4 chains + 1 chain to begin and after that no combination of 3 chains skip 1 chain evens out to leave me ending with 3 chains + 2 chains + 3 chains + 2 chains = 10 chains to single crochet in. Which should be 141 stitches but it isn't. Thank you
30.04.2016 - 01:46DROPS Design answered:
Dear Connie, in first size chain 188 and work as follows: 1 sc in the 2nd ch from hook (= 1 sc/2 ch), then 1 sc in the next 2 ch, skip next ch (= 2 sc/3 ch), then *1 sc in the next 3 ch, skip 1 ch* repeat from *-* a total of 45 times (= 3 sc x 45 = 135 / 4 ch x 45 = 180), and finish with 1 sc in the last 3 ch (= 3 sc/3 ch). 1+2+135+3=141 sc worked over 2+3+180+3= 188 ch. Happy crocheting!

You gave the same directions for the RS and the WS..."read pattern right towards the left" but in the parenthesis you reversed the pattern... RS A.1, A.2, A.3 and WS A.3, A.2, A.1. Wouldn't A.3, A.2, A.1 be WS left toward the right?
29.04.2016 - 15:55DROPS Design answered:
Dear Connie, you are right, my mistake, from WS read from the left towards the right, ie A.3, repeat A.2 and A.1. Thank you. Happy crocheting!

Hi, section A.z... I'm confused with what to do on the wrong side rows , do I continue to follow the pattern right to left? Also on the wrong side do I crochet the next row in the pattern that follows the right side row I just finished?
29.04.2016 - 01:31DROPS Design answered:
Dear Connie, from RS, read diagram from the right towards the left (A.1 1 time, repeat A.2 and A.3 1 time), from WS, read pattern from the right towards the left (A.3 1 time, repeat A.2 and A.1 1 time). Happy crocheting!

Thank you for previous answer. I think there is error in the pattern instructions. "Continue to work as follows A1, A2 over the next 128 sc 32 times. 32 times 16 stitches (12 for A1, 4 for A2) = 512. It doesn't make sense stop at A2 and continue back to A1 when it looks like A3 is exactly like A1.
30.03.2016 - 00:26DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Fetchen, when working diagrams, work A.1 1 time in width (over the first 12 sc), then repeat A.2 over the next 128 sts (= repeat a.2 over the next 4 sc a total of 32 times), and finish with A.3 1 time in width (= over the next 9 sc): 12+128+9=149 sts. Happy crocheting!

I am confused what does 3-2-3-2 mean? "and finish with 1 sc in each of the last 3-2-3-2 ch" I crocheted 199 chain and worked 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc in each next ch 2, skip 1 ch, 1 sc in each next ch 3, skip 1 ch but I count 150 sc not 149. Thank you.
25.03.2016 - 03:20DROPS Design answered:
Dear Karen, in size M you are working as follows over the 199 ch: 1 sc in 2 ch from hook, 1 sc in next 2 ch (= 3 sc / 4 ch), then skip next ch, (1 sc in next 3 ch, skip 1 ch) repeat from (to) a total of 48 times (= 144 sc / 192 ch), and finish with 1 sc in last 2 ch: 3+144+2= 149 sc worked over 4+1+192+2=199 ch. Happy crocheting!

Bon crochet!
