Knitting tension: Puddel: 10 stitches x 14 rows with needle size 7 mm and stocking stitch = 10 x 10 cm.
Karisma Superwash: 21 stitches x 28 rows with needle size 4 mm and stocking stitch = 10 x 10 cm. Remember needle size is only a guide!

Rib: * K2, P2 *, repeat from *-*.
----------------------------------------------------------

Back piece: Cast on 40-44-48-52-56 stitches with needle size 6 mm and Puddel. Work 2 ridges, change to needle size 7 mm and continue with stocking stitch. Remember the knitting tension! When piece measures 8 cm increase 1 stitch in each side every 9 cm a total of 3 times = 46-50-54-58-62 stitches. When piece measures 32-33-34-35-36 cm decrease for armholes in each side every 2nd row: 3 stitches 1-1-1-1-2 times, 2 stitches 0-0-1-2-2 times and 1 stitch 2-3-3-2-1 times = 36-38-38-40-40 stitches. When piece measures 50-52-54-56-58 cm cast off the middle 10-12-12-12-12 stitches for neck. Then decrease 1 stitch on next row towards neck = 12-12-12-13-13 stitches left on each shoulder. Cast off when piece measures 52-54-56-58-60 cm.

Left front piece: Cast on 24-26-28-30-32 stitches (incl. 4 band stitches towards mid front) with needle size 6 mm and Puddel. Work 2 ridges, change to needle size 7 mm and continue with stocking stitch, but the 4 band stitches are worked in garter stitch. When piece measures 8 cm increase in the side as for back piece = 27-29-31-33-35 stitches. When piece measures 32-33-34-35-36 cm decrease for armhole in the side as for back piece = 22-23-23-24-24 stitches on needle. At the same time, when piece measures 38-39-40-41-42 cm cast off 4 stitches towards mid front for neck. Then decrease towards neck every 2nd row: 1 stitch 6-7-7-7-7 times = 12-12-12-13-13 stitches left on shoulder. Cast off when piece measures 52-54-56-58-60 cm.

Right front piece: Cast on and work as for left but decrease for armholes and neck in the opposite side. In addition, work buttonholes on band. 1 buttonhole = cast off 3rd stitch from mid front and cast on 1 new stitch above on next row.

Work buttonholes when piece measures:
Size S: 2, 10, 19, 28 and 37 cm.
Size M: 2, 11, 20, 29 and 38 cm.
Size L: 3, 12, 21, 30 and 39 cm.
Size XL: 2, 12, 21, 31 and 40 cm.
Size XXL: 3, 13, 22, 32 and 41 cm.

Sleeve: Cast on 44-48-52-56-60 stitches with double pointed needles size 4 mm and Karisma Superwash. Work rib upwards. When sleeve measures 8 cm, increase 2 stitches mid under sleeve (increase 1 stitch on each side of K2) 20 times for: Sizes S and M: Alternately every 5th and 6th round. Sizes L, XL and XXL: Every 5th round = 84-88-92-96-100 stitches - the increased stitches are worked into the rib as you go! When sleeve measures 48-47-46-45-44 cm finish working with stocking stitch. At the same time, when piece measures 49-48-47-46-45 cm cast off 8 stitches mid under sleeve and the piece is finished working back and forth on needle. Then decrease for sleeve cap in each side every 2nd row: 2 stitches 1 time, then 1 stitch in each side until piece measures 59-59-60-60-61 cm, finally 3 stitches 1 time in each side. Piece measures approx. 60-60-61-61-62 cm, cast off the remaining stitches.

Assembly: Sew shoulder seams.

Neckline: Knit up approx. 44 to 56 stitches around the neck (do not knit up stitches over the bands) with needle size 6 mm and Puddel. Change to double pointed needles size 4 mm and Karisma Superwash, work 1 row stocking stitch at the same time as you increase to approx. 98 to 126 stitches (divisible by 4 + 2). Work rib as follows: 2 stitches garter stitch, * K2, P2 *, repeat from *-*, finish with K2 r and 2 stitches garter stitch. When neck measures 4 cm cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl. Sew the neck to the bands in each side of mid front. Sew side seams in outermost loop of outermost stitch. Sew in sleeves - NOTE: There should be a small "puff" at top of sleeve, you can therefore take the extra breadth of the sleeve to the top and spread it evenly over the top 6-8 cm when sewing in the sleeve. Sew on buttons.
