Bonjour Mme Moussou, vous allez maintenant tricoter en rangs (= en allers et retours), autrement dit, tourner à la fin de chaque rang et non plus continuer en rond, vous tricoterez maintenant alternativement sur l'endroit et sur l'envers. Tricotez jusqu'au milieu de la section au point mousse du milieu devant (ajustez pour que ce soit un tour point mousse à tricoter en mailles endroit), tournez et continuer comme avant, au point mousse et en jersey et continuer à diminuer comme avant (sur l'endroit) si les diminutions ne sont pas encore terminées. GARTER ST (in the round on circular needle): * K 1 round and P 1 round *, repeat from *-*. GARTER ST (back and forth on needle): K all rows. 1 ridge = 2 rows K. ---------------------------------------------------------- PONCHO: Worked in the round from bottom up. Cast on 88-104-120 sts on circular needle size 12 mm with 2 threads Verdi. Work 8 rounds in GARTER ST - see explanation above. Then work as follows: 14-16-18 sts in garter st, 30-36-42 sts in stocking st, 14-16-18 sts in garter st, finish with 30-36-42 sts in stocking st. When piece measures 12 cm, dec 1 st on each side of section in stocking st – K 2 tog = 4 sts dec. Repeat dec every 4 cm 5-6-7 more times. When piece measures 36-40-44 cm, dec 1 st on each side of every section in stocking st AND 1 st in each side of every section in garter st by K 2 tog (= 8 sts dec). Repeat dec every 7-6-5 cm 3-4-5 more times. AT THE SAME TIME when piece measures 50-55-60 cm, divide the piece in the middle of one section in garter st (= mid front) and work back and forth until finished measurements. After all dec, 32-36-40 sts remain on needle (= 6 sts in every section in garter st and 10-12-14 sts in stocking st between garter st sections). Work until piece measures 60-65-70 cm. HOOD: Work 1 ridge over all sts, AT THE SAME TIME on 1st row inc 10 sts evenly = 42-46-50 sts. Work in stocking st with 6 sts in garter st in each side until hood measures 35-36-37 cm. Work 1 ridge over all sts, cast off. ASSEMBLY: Place the hood double and sew it tog at the top. |
