Also insg. 8 Reihen?

Is the M2 diagram just for when you're working on the RS? What do you do on the WS? Always garter stitch? Also, do you continue to follow M2 even when you're working the shortened rows? Thank you in advance.
18.01.2015 - 20:57DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Gleadhall, in the diagrams 1 square = 1 st x 1 row, ie read diagrams starting at the bottom corner on the right side towards the left from RS and from left towards the right from WS. You work M2 at the same time as the shortened rows, the sts in both patterns (beg and end of row) won't be crossed on the same rows because of the shortened rows. Happy knitting!

Guten Tag!

I am confused on how the M2 pattern is worked with the short rows. Do I have to count the 8 rows per M2 separately for the neck cable and the bottom cable? Is there a chart for this pattern that would make it a bit easier to visualize? Thanks!
21.09.2014 - 18:04DROPS Design answered:
Dear Tanja, in neckwarmer, M2 is worked at the beg of row from RS (bottom edge) and at the end of row (towards neck). Both M2 will not be worked at the same time, follow each diagram separately, short rows are worked in the garter st sections. Happy knitting!

Bon tricot!
