Increasing tip: Inc 1 st by making 1 YO. On return row work YO into back of loop to avoid a hole.
Garter st, back and forth on needle: K all rows.

Top: Worked back and forth on circular needle from mid front. Cast on 120-132-144-160-176-196 sts on circular needle size 6 mm. K 2 rows, at the same time dec 10 sts for all sizes evenly on first row = 110-122-134-150-166-186 sts. Insert 2 Marking Threads (MT) in piece, 29-32-35-39-43-48 sts in from each side (back piece = 52-58-64-72-80-90 sts). Remember the knitting tension! Continue in stocking st with 1 garter st each side towards mid front - see above. When piece measures 3 cm inc 1 st on each side of both MT – see Increasing tip – on every 2-2-2-2.5- 2.5- 2.5 cm a total of 4 times = 126-138-150-166-182-202 sts (back piece = 60-66-72-80-88-98 sts). When piece measures 13-14-15-16-17-18 cm cast off 3 sts on each side of both MT for armhole and complete each piece separately.
Back piece: = 54-60-66-74-82-92 sts. Continue in stocking st, at the same time cast off to shape the armhole each side at the beg of every row (no dec for size S : 2 sts 0-1-1-2-4-6 times and 1 st 0-0-2-3-2-2 times = 54-56-58-60-62-64 sts. When piece measures 30-32-34-36-38-40 cm cast of the middle 16-18-20-20-22-24 sts for neck and dec 1 st on neckline on next row = 18-18-18-19-19-19 sts left on each shoulder. Cast off when piece measures 32-34-36-38-40-42 cm.
Right front piece: = 30-33-36-40-44-49 sts. Cast off for armhole as described for back piece (no dec for size S). At the same time when piece measures 15-17-18-19-20-21 cm cast off to shape the neckline at the beg of every other row: 2 sts 2 times, 1 st 6-7-8-8-9-10 times, and then on every 4th row 1 st 2 times. When all dec are complete there are 18-18-18-19-19-19 sts left on shoulder. Cast off when piece measures 32-34-36-38-40-42 cm.
Left front piece: Like right front piece, but mirrored.
Sleeve: Worked back and forth on needle. Cast on 52-54-58-64-68-72 sts (includes 1 edge st each side) on circular needle size 6 mm. K 2 rows and continue in stocking st. When piece measures 6-6-6-7-7-7 cm cast off each side for sleeve cap at the beg of every row: 4 sts 1 time, 2 sts 2-2-2-3-3-3 times, 1 st 1-2-3-2-3-5 times, then 2 sts each side until piece measures 12-13-14-16-17-19 cm, now cast off 4-4-4-3-3-3 sts each side 1 time, and cast off remaining sts. Sleeve measures approx 13-14-15-17-18-20 cm. Assembly: Sew shoulder seams. Sew seams under arms. Set in sleeves.
Crochet border: Crochet a border round all edges with crochet hook size 5 mm as follows: *1 dc, 2 ch, skip 1 cm *, repeat from *-*, and finish with 1 sl st in first dc from beg of round.

The model is super cute and so easy to make, it took me two days to complete it. I wear it on shirts or blouses or on tops and it always looks great.I used the same yarn but added very fine golden thread.
